" everything I have read plus what doctors have said it no, the first thing that is 100% of patients have oral sores. The print out I had said Had to have mouth ulcers, then two of the following four things which are either genital ulcers, eye inflammation, skin lesions, a positive pathergy test... then thers is a list of other syomtoms useful in diagnosis but not considered part of Behcets criteria... website... behcetsdisease.com/basics.htm "

" It is very unlikely, although who knows. In most Behcets, that is THE first symptom and a "qualifier" for a definitive diagnosis. For me, that was absolutely the case. I ended up in ER because I had SO many mouth ulcers (which everyone wanted to "label" Herpes) that I could not eat for a week. The mouth and genital ulcers are common to most all who have a diagnosis of Behcet's.

" I have had mouth sores on my inner checks, but not lots of them and not all that often. I also had a few genital lesions years ago but that stopped around the time my ulcerative colitis/crohns symptoms started and then a year later I was diagnosed with MS.

I also have odd pains like my veins hurt.

The sources I have read say that mouth sores are the most common symptom and occur in "almost all" cases, but seem to fall short of saying it occurs in all patients. "

3% of Behcets disease cases show no signs of mouth lesions according to this source. They often dont get diagnosed properly since to be officially diagnosed you need mouth ulcers, depending on the country. "
