" Hiya, what you are describing is called 'urgency' and could be the result of an overactive bladder. If I am right, I think that this is quite a common condition and the good news is that I think there are some effective drug treatments that can help relax the bladder muscles and reduce the urgency symptoms.

Your best bet is to get checked out by a doctor who may refer you to a urologists for some tests (prossibly urodynamics) to find out exactly what the problem is.

Good luck, take care,

Jake "
