The genders have different problems. Male toddlers are usually more difficult to potty train, train at older ages, and more males never gain reliable bladder control. The male anatomy includes a prostate, which can interfere with continence management any time after puberty, and, esepcially, later in life. Males usually participate in sports that are harder on the body. Sports injuries to the back and groin are major causes of incontinence among adolescent and young adult males. Females risk incontinence every time they give birth, and hormones can play havoc with female continence management.

That is so right Paxton my prostate is what causes my incontinence.
