Actually my BF does wet. He started it last year. It seems he can't wear the diapers well himself. Many time there are leaks. Plus he tells he has problem changing it. Are you habituated in changing and wearing it yourself? or your BF/GF or spouse help you?

" shrutisharm,
There is a learning curve to wearing protection. There are numerous brands of washable and disposable protection on the market; each one needs to be put on differently for reliable protection. Washables can be pinned on with two or four pins; placement of additional absorbency needs to be learned, especially for nighttime wear, and different waterproof pants are cut differently, necessitating different application techniques to avoid wicking and leakage. Also, incontinents need to keep a running estimate of hydration levels, because too little, especially in summer heat, can threaten one's health, while too much can cause flooding accidents. All this, not to add diaper rash management, can pose a challenge for the newly incontinent. Eventually, incontinence management will become second nature, although an accident can still happen at any moment.

When I can, I take care of all of my diapering needs. I only use assistance when it is absolutely necessary: following surgeries, medical exams that require sedation, and during flares of neurological and bi-lateral inner ear disease. "
