Using Tranquility All-Through-The-Night briefs size Small. I buy them by the case of 100 diapers.

What are you using?

" mrpihawk,
I use a combination of washable and disposable protection, plus urethane pants. I am an adult with no hope of ever regaining control, so my situation is different than your son's. If you have difficulty finding a disposable that gives your son reliable nighttime protection, join the club. I have not found a disposable that gives me adequate protection when I sleep, either. You might want to try washables. Granted, they do involve a considerable initial expense. However, after the user, or his parents, learn(s) how to pin them on for optimum aborbency, they can offer almost foolproof nighttime protection. A reliably dry bed is reward indeed. There are several manufacturers of washables that market their wares in sizes appropriate for your son, if you choose to go that route. Good luck, and keep us informed of his progress. "

" Hard to find anyone that won't support the absorbancy of the Molicares and Abena x-plus. I also use a disposable doubler and plastic pants and only then am I completely confident. Reusables, with a reusable doubler is my preference, but the additional work usually has me using disposables until I run out and then I use reusables until after a few washings. "

" Every night I wear an adult cloth diaper with several baby cloth diapers in the middle. I pin my diapers on with diaper pins and I wear a pair of plastic pants over my diapers. I can control how thick my diapers are and these seldom leak on the sheets. Even if I sleep On my side the cloth diapers and plastic pants work well to keep the sheets dry. "

" I just keep a plastic cover on my bed and deal with the wet sheets and clothes in the morning if I have an accident in the bed. It only happens a few times a month so big deal. I do wear Goodnites for when I sleep away from home so that I don't accidently wet in someone else bed and to help keep my bedwetting a secret.

" I'm the same as Jordan -- I have used Goodnites on occasion (mainly while traveling, having friends over, etc.) but the vast majority of the time I just have a waterproof cover on the mattress and do the laundry when I need to. Diapers (or other types of "protection") do have their place for some people but for those of us who wet only occasionally, they really aren't necessary. I just take a bath or shower in the morning, toss the sheets in the wash, and I'm good to go. "

" I use attends 10 waistband, prevail full mat, tena regular, tranquility slimline for daytime use and abena X-plus, molicare super plus, abena delta form, tena super plus, and prevail overnight. I have found that the abena X-plus and molicare super plus are the best for overnight use. They can take 4-5 wettings without leaking. "
