well my friends here on bed rest i have some good news i am now off of it..thank God..i am healed enough that i can now get up and do things..but i still have to take it easy...but at least i can get out of bed..now i just have to deal with my feeling...i will make sure to check on all of you from time to time and give you all updates and find out how all of ya are doing...thank you for being here for me..love and lots of big hugs..robin

Just take it slow & easy. Don't want you back in the bed ever again. Well except for sleep & sex. LOL!!!

i promise i will take it slow..now it is time for me to heal my heart which feels like it is in so many pieces..i didnt even think about that pain until i was done with the pain that would go away with the meds..this suck..one goes away and then another one shows up..love ya all..robin
