This subject has been mulled over and over in the chronic pain section.The concern is for the amount of Acetaminophen on those medications and the potential of liver damage and liver failure. Actually a Percocet without Acetaminophen and just Oxycodone already exists and anyone that doesn't want their liver to get fried by the Acetaminophen on either one of these medications, should go to their PM Doc's and asked for the Perc without Acetaminophen and get the Vicodin switched to something comparable that doesn't contain Tylenol.

i guess the govt. is going to make it harder to get products containing acetamenaphen like tylenol or cough syrup etc. they will get something to replace it.
