ONe of the things the doc has mentioned is implainting a nerve stimulator in my back. Has anyone had an experience with this they would care to share?

My pm doc said that would be a last resort. I was on methadone and he said that there were more meds to try before doing something that drastic. I was wondering what have you tried if you don't mind me asking.

I have a spinal cord stimulator and for three years my stimulator worked great and it was a God send but now it isn't working any more. The great thing is that you can do a trial run which when the lead is only placed through a epidural needle and left in place for 1 week.
If you have any more questions message me sorry it is short I am in a lot of pain and just waiting for my pain meds to kick in.
