Ongoing painful arm after corisone injection

I had my 4th cortisone injection 6 weeks ago for bursitis in my right shoulder,however,ever since,I have had a painful arm and it is very stiff in the mornings. I can't lay on my right side at all now. My GP sent me to have blood taken to test if there is an infection present and I have a form to go and have an ultra sound done. She also said it could have now become a frozen shoulder. Another patient of hers recently was treated for it and said it was very unpleasant,as fluid is injected and stretches things. I am just wondering if there is anyone who has had a problem after a corisone injection in the arm.

oh wendy so sorry. i had one doen and they help mine and i think i had like 2 over the 2 yrs and no problems now... buut i
