I started spinal decompression therapy 4 weeks ago. I go twice a week and I feel as though it's working. I have another 12 weeks left to go. I'm also have amenorrhea - I don't get my periods on a regular basis. I've taken medroxyprogesterone in the past to start up a cycle but I haven't had one naturally in years. Until this week. I'm wondering if this decompression therapy has relieved pressure on a nerve that is associated with my cycle. Anyone?
