Hi all, my back went out again this weekend and it triggered horrific migraines, and so I am going to pull out what I always pull out for the past two years. My inversion table. I wish someone would have told me about it sooner so I wanted to share, check with your docs first but I have two herniated disk and one bulging disk and I am trying to prevent needing surgery as I get older, it really helps a lot on the days I can't walk so thought I should mention it since they sell them for various pricings. I got one for about $180 and I will be on it again tomorrow. Sorry we hurt, feel better all!

Try a zero gravity chair as well. They are great, all the pressure comes off the spine. Wonderful, hard to watch TV but well worth the 300 bucks for the one at Walmart.com
