Most of these poses are easy enough to do for fifteen seconds and still feel the burn. I love it so much that i do it every night and make sure i stick to the tips they offer, such as not doing the poses until two hours have passed after eating. It's the best part of my nightly routine!! Since I've been doing it i have no back pain whatsoever.
