I am contacting you in regard to a very important study on families and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD's). Little is know about the exact dynamics of how ASD's impact families, and their well-being. The purpose of this message is to send you a special invitation as a parent of one or more children with ASD to share your thoughts and feelings about family life. Further, I strongly encourage both parents to participate if possible as input from both genders is very valuable.


The questionnaire will take only 10 minutes to complete and your participation will be invaluable in helping us to better support families dealing with ASD. The research project is sponsored by the Department of Child and Family Studies at Weber State University. Your participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Upon completion of the online survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 dollar gift card to Target, Home Depot, Applebee's, or Chili's (instructions are provided at the end of the survey).
