Well friends.....we Finally....got our court date! May 16th ! It was set up......due to his father mnot complying with the order of the court on producing 1099's on his employees'......lol.....guess the Judge...has FINALLY HAD ENOUGH OF THIS TRIAL AS WELL! So....what do we need help with?
I need Ideas of items, adaptive equiptment, therepies, etc......you name it! The fact is.....the more that we can come up with...the higher the child support will be! I know that this may seem cruel.......but.....I have toted the full weight and expenses for Alex for 14 years and his father is a MILLIONARE??????? YES.......LOADED......AND NEVER PAID......So.......my worry is.....in 4 years Alex will be 18 and my atty. has stated thatafter 18 the likely hood....of ever getting his father back into cout is slim to none......its a one-shot deal......PPL.....IMAGINE......HAVING TO PREPARE YOUR CHILD FOR ADULTHOOD.....ANY AND ALL.....NEEDS......AT 14....AND ONLY GETTING ONE CHANCE TO DO THIS......IF YA FORGET....A SINGLE THING......YA DON'T GET A SECOND CHANCE! I ask that each of ya list items that you use for your child, this will give me a list and a need that will justify Alex's need for the items.......I thank ya'll and luv ya'll very much....its' been a long rough road for us and now we are ready for GREATNESS!!!!!!! I think you start simple with a list of his therapies. For us it would be speech therapy, occupational therapy, education (private or public), dr's visits and/ or health insurance, medications, suppliments and daily expenses (clothing, food, shelter and transportation). Good luck!

ROFLO......SOOOOOOO MANY TYPO'S Ahhhhh guess I am really excited! Oh btw.....just to let ya'll know.....my atty. is also making the point to the Judge the fact that due to his father NEVER paying child support......the programs...services....items....etc.......were not of an option, due to lack of funds....and just maybe....Alex would have not have had the severity ......duration..etc...that he has had....HAD HIS FATHER.....PAID...THE ORDERED CHILD SUPPORT !!!!

We are in need of at least 3 written estimates for an in-home provider......not an easy task.....I have been searching for quite some time......not all service children.....and or want to charge a fee for an assessment.....money...I do not have!

a reliable car to be replaced every 5 yrs or sooner if it becomes undependable and the funds to keep it up.
a gas credit card (seriously) health insurance respite (gotta take care of you too) ot sp counseling he needs a computer...learning purposes he needs a trained professional to help you take care of him social activites (this costs money as well) clothing food hair cuts medical bills medicine suitable home security system (he is a runner) dental needs food trampoline (this is good for working out that extra energy, any ot will recommend it) tutor for after school special interest needs (he has the right to have a little fun too) customized schedule that you can change as needed (you know like a nice board with nice picture magnets to work out a daily schedule) he needs an advocate (you should not have to do it all alone) lifetime child support home should be owned, not rented swimming pool (great for calming and sensory needs) i will keep thinking and add to it as i come up with more...oh...he needs a dog trained to help with children with autism, seriously, he truly does!
