Gnarly day. Got the results from the Holter monitor already. That was fast. Apparently, my heart is off and on racing as fast as 120 pulse rate, so the doctor upped my dose of beta blocker to lower it and I started that dose today. Seemed like it might have helped keep the rate down but I also felt dizzier this afternoon and evening after I took the dose around 3 pm. ...

Well, my heart gave up the fight after one weekend. Yesterday I had an EKG ordered by my doctor's office and it printed out Atrial Fibrillation. The tech couldn't interpret it, but the computer did. A year ago I was still on Coumadin and hadn't yet had the cardioversion that failed. I was also still doing acupuncture. In the end, I stopped acupuncture after 6 sessions and never returned.
