It is September 1st but still feels like summer. Humidity is just stifling. I've had to use my rescue(Ventolin)inhaler at least 4 times today. I feel lousy. Need to go to bed, hope I can get some rest.

" Aw, i'm sorry that you feel this way.

Yesterday and today i have spent most of my time outside but i haven't had many issues with my asthma.
Well i have a cold so my asthma is messed up anyway.

Usually i will start to have breathing troubles in weather 30 degrees and over, up to the 40's. "

" I know this is kinda gross so I apologize for that but I wish I had one of those suction things that I could stick down my pipes and suck all the nasty stuff out of my throat, chest, airways, etc.

Now have a scratchy throat and cough. :( "
