My asthma has started to get more severe, which means I am starting to pay more attention to my symptoms and I have to be a lot better about my medication. I am looking for a way to keep track of everything and remember everything, but it needs to be super easy to use and I can go anywhere with it.
Any suggestions? Posted on 07/17/12, 10:40 am |

That would be the advice I would give you. Try using an I Pod app or go old school and just paper and pen.

I have an app on my iPhone called AsthmaMD and it's easy, quick, and allows you to track everything.

I keep a diary of daily symptoms.
I take this everywhere with me so I can write things as it's happening. So many things happen to my body that I'd forget some things if I didn't do this. I hope your asthma settles down soon! and you should always be smart with medication. Taking it as you usually would even if you feel you don't need it.

Android also has an app called AsthmaTracker. I quite like it, but have not been so good about tracking lately.
