I asked my doctor for a nebulizer perscription because I am constantly getting congested and I have read that sailne in a nebulizer helps clear out congestion. He gave me an abuterol perscription for the nebulizer but not saline. Where do I get the viles? Can I use nasal saline?

" I make my own using 3 tablespoons of salt in a pint. of water. Boil for 2 minutes. Be sure to cool before using.

You may want to start out with just a tablespoon of salt (or less) to one pint of water. "

" OK, Thank you. I started out with 1 4th of a teaspoon to one cup of water.

Yeah it did help I did my first saile treatment a few hours ago and I cough up some mucus. A lot more than I have been able to without the saline. "

" dense fog & ragweed allergens kicked off asthma for me. Saloine in nebulizer sounds like a great ideaI like to use xopenex instead of abuteral ,I get less jittery ,so easier to sleep. "
