....but from what I have been reading, my 19 yr. old son more than likely has Asbergers and I don't know how to get help for him. He never finished HS, because it was too difficult for him, doesn't want a job even if he has to leave his car parked in the garage forever (his dad bought it for him) so without a job, he has no medical insurance, he eats very poorly, he's about 6' tall 120 lbs and I worry myself sick over my poor baby. *sniff* I have no insurance coverage for him and I don't know who, what or how he can get help. He's a sweet young man, get's angered easily, feels insulted even easier and in spite of difficulties in school, he's really smart too. I wish I knew what could help him. He needs to start getting a foundation in his life, e.g. job, goals, hobbies, enjoy life etc. He get's quite depressed too at times. Any ideas? Thanks!

" I am not sure if what you have described is AsPergers or any Autism spectrum. You could have your son join this site and talk to other Aspie's. On Health insurance you won’t be able to get is because he doesn’t weigh enough or he is too tall or he looks wrong or wrong color eyes. If you want good health care you would be better off in Cuba (that was not a joke). "

" I'd say if you don't know how to get the help, find out how pronto! Work toward getting your son diagnosed. That's a big part of effective help. How would you know the right ways to help unless you knew what you were up against? "
