I had a talk with the goose last night and this house goes on the market the first of May. This place has been a huge albatross we could have both easily lived without. I see this as a good thing in many ways. I can go my way and get well and he can go his. This is a win/win situation for both of us and might salvage a “friendship” and not part as enemies.
