" Hi, I am a 62 yr old female with a lot of joint problems, 7 back surgeries, and steel rods & plates in my back,--more surgeries to come, plus I have DDD and arthritus bad in my joints.
I have been on Glucosamine from Standard labs, not the one with Chondroitin, but the one with Boswellia. I had taken it for a while 3X a day, but then my sugar readings went up from the glucosamine, so I went to 2X a day, and find I am better with it than without it. Several weeks ago I also started with the Boswellia and am taking that 2X a day. I feel it is too early to give you a good opinion. I can't take anti-inflammatories (which is what I truly need) because I had kidney failure and dialysis a year ago, We are researching many options.
The latest being cherries (bing cherries) I had noticed when I ate them (love them!) they seemed to help me, soooo we are going to experiement with cherry juice as well because the season for cherries is so short. Good luck to you, my friend,...I know what it is to live every day in physical pain! God Bless! Hugs, Judy "
