Hi, I am Pamela and I have Fibromyalgia, Osteo arthritis, Degeneritive disc Desease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Osteopenia, which is a percurser to Osteoperosis. I know what your going through and its hard to deal with, but with hope, meds and a good support system you can live as normal a life as you can. I too have pains in both hips mostly in bed, tried osteo panadol and two others, nothing helps, tried all the rubing creams they dont help either, I just have to put up with the pain. Had Xrays has ultrasound they say bursitis, may be I walk too much only to get to where Im going.

I have OA in my lower back and in my hips; I have DDD, and to put it on point. I am hurting and tired...but there is nothing that I can take but say a prayer when the pain hits!

I have OA and in pain most of the time, just told to take paracetamols and Ibufrofen, which I do not take unless I'm in alot of pain. The pain wakes me up in the night , my back, hips, have it from head to toe. I'm 45 was dx 3 years ago.

i am 30 years old i have ostio in my upper back and lower back and the only thing so far i can go to phisio and anti flamatories and i waighting to hear what news a nerasergen is supose to tell me about my back i hope to hear some releve bu i fear disapointment im in pain everyday all day cold on my upper back and heat on my lower back is what ive been copeing with not to menchan my artritis in my hands i dont know what to do with that yet or my feet maybe you can give me some tips?

Hi, I too have osteoarthritis mostly in my spine and I am 23. Although I have probably have had this for quite some time, I just got the right diagnoses. I was given a TENS unit, which to me feels great. http://arthritis.about.com/od/assi...

I am also supposed to wear a back brace on my lower back whenever I clean, shop, am on my feet a lot. So far, it seems to be helping.

I also take Panadol Osteo and have done for the past 3 months for my Osteoarthritis,but unfortunately it hasn't done anything. I take Voltarin which is an anit inflammatory. It does help a lot sometimes,but the cold weather plays havoc with my arthritic pain and it hurts in my knees to walk most of the time. I have it in most of my joints now. I also have Bursitis in my right shoulder. I also have chronic nerve pain,which I have had for almost 7 and a half years now. Had a CT Guided Nerve Root Facet Block for it today.

Hello ladies, I am 40 years old and I have OA in my lower back and in my legs. I just had an Mri done on tues day to see if I have Spinal Stenosis. My legs hurt so bad to where the pain is so bad nothing will help me. and the ache in my upper thighs are unreal.
does anyone else have leg pain and aches like I do? I hope im not alone with this. take care and god bless.
