i all i have arthrites of the spine lumbard , neck , i think my throactic area has it , im lucky my nees are good im also have alergry to all nasads , but i have no imflammation in my blood markers , is arthrites oh boy can i hurt
facet arthries , i other stuff wrong with my back , hope to get to know you all best wishes hugs minnie
