I had the worst panic attack of my life this afternoon. Out of the blue, I just started to feel like I couldn't breathe and was blacking out. My vision was all spotty and I felt like I was going to pass out, which made me panic more. I got nauseous and was sweating. I've never had a panic attack where I've started to black out like that. The Rose
It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design,
But I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.
- The secret of unfolding flowers
Is not known to such as I,
The flower God opens so sweetly,
In my hands would fade and die.
- I cannot unfold a rosebud,

Well, its back to the drawing board, as if I didnt know but, am hoping this tiime it wont be so slow. My knee is as bad now as it was when it was injured in a car wreck a year ago. Sometimes it seems I get ahead only to take steps back and get farther behind in the end.

The last few weeks have just flown by. Some really fast and some so boring I could die. But, no matter how bad it gets there's one thing that is always steadfast and thats my Faith and the confidence He has never forgotten me and that will always last.
