I know it depends on how big and location etc but I was wondering if syrinx pain in your back for example is constant daily or here and there, worse at some time then others or....??

I have/had a syrinx in my neck and before surgery it was always stiff but the bad pain was worse if I had been dong work using my arms alot, sitting at the computer looking down etc... If I didn't do anything much it didn't kill me all of the time, was just really stiff. Now the syrinx has collapsed and I have little pain.
