Doc in Oklahoma

My neurosurgeon says I need to have a second surgery but it is very complicated so he's sending me to another doctor in Oklahoma City for a second oppion but he is a pediatric Chairi specialist so most like will not do the surgery. My neuro says he would prefer to not do the surgery himself because he has only done it 2 times in his life and that mine is more complicated then most and because it is a second surgery that makes it even more dangerous. So in case the specialist will not do the surgery I'm trying to find other more qualified. Any help would be appreciated. Even parts of Texas would proabably work also.
