    Dreams Can Come True
If you take the time to think about what you want in life…
    Get to know yourself
    Find out who you are
    Choose your goals carefully
    Be honest with yourself
    Don’t become preoccupied with yourself
Or think about yourself so much that you analyze every word and action
Find many interests and pursue them
Find out what is important to you
Find out what you are good at
    Don’t b...

  • What Are My Rights

Friday, March 21, 2008 | An Inspiring story

What Are My Rights  Your rights are the same as every other human being’s. Visualize the person you most admire standing in front of you. Now tell this person what his or her rights are. List them. Now consider the idea that those same rights and those same human privileges are yours, too.
You have the right to seek a happy life, even if no one else in your family understands what you a...

Today I invited Tom and Mary over to BBQ at lunch.  We met them on a support group a couple months back.  They are like us, he has CFS like my husand and she has FM like me.
It is interesting getting to know them.  I really had not had any real friends since I came to WA 3 years ago and that is one of the things I miss the most.
I love people and having them over and socializing.&nbs...

  • My incredible journey!

    Friday, June 6, 2008

To some of you this may not seem incredible, but for some like me it has made me a true believer in my heavenly father,  not that I wasn't already.  I believe that God presented me with this journey at a time in my life where I felt as though I was in a very deep dark place.
Twenty three years ago I married a man 15 years my senior, he was good to me for the fisrt 12 years of that ma...

How I feel today: Sore throat, headache, hungry, physically dirty,

I know that I understand, how little they really know.
And that look of pity on their face, will always show.
They can't look past and get to know, the person deep inside.
They never see the real me, the part this chair can't hide.
I want them to know I have a mind, I am capable of love.
I have lots of hopes and desires, and things I dream of.
I know my legs may be useless, I may travel b...
