It seems anxiety makes it difficult for us to keep track of what happens to us daily. I used to be on a rollercoaster ride with panic attacks and intrusive thoughts occupying my day. It seemed like my days merged into weeks and I was lost.

Journaling helped me keep track of my emotions, moods, triggers, good and bad days. In the beginning I would hide on bad days and just vegetate. Then I began to journal and keep track of what was happening. I added daily things to heal and watched my progress. I noticed a big difference in the direction my healing was headed.

If you have not thought about keeping track it is fairly easy once you get in the swing of it.

" Thanks for this. I am glad it is working for you. I have journalled for years, and have kept them all. For some reason though, when I am feeling anxious or depressed, I tend to not want to journal. I don't know why. That is the time I need to do it the most.
I also use meditation and Reiki to help me, but sometimes and too lazy to even do that.
I appreciated what you said. I'm going to try to become mroe faithful about writing something everyday. "

" I agree. when we feel badly from anxiety we often do not feel like doing anything. This was time I was wasting and giving power to my anxiety.

Our conscious mind sometimes feeds us thoughts that are negative and we get confused. Journaling and keeping track of my daily work helped me keep improving and not going sideways. Direction is important when triggers inflame us. "
