Nervous feelings

Does anyone else experience a full body nervous feeling? I am not sure how to describe it, but I feel like my whole body is on edge like I can feel this crazy energy running through it. I want to unzip me skin and crawl out because I just don't like the feeling. I am uncomforable inside myself when this happens. It can last for a little while or be there all day.

When this happens I get urges to hop around and make little noises, kind like trying to rid myself of the feeling. Breath exercises does not seem to help and it's too soon to know if the medication will help with this.

Is there anything I can do that might help with this feeling.

" Yes I have experienced that and many other forms of nervous enrgy or anxiety oozing out of my body. I also get tingling or like electricity running to my feet. Just rives me crazy. Does not hurt but like fingernails on a blackboard.

It is just another manisfestation of anxiety or our disoder. I read a book by Peter Levine about pry animals and trauma. He studied them and after a near death experience a rabbit has after being chased by a fox. The rabbit will expel the trauma from its body back shaking its extremeties violently. We are the only mamal to store their own trauma.

Mindfulness will heal that extra anxiety running loose in your body. Everyday practice starting with ten minutes a day can start you on a path to full recovery. Nothing to lose but a little times. "
