of when a feeling comes over me (when i either see someone or think about something) and i have horrible anxiety attach... i shake, i feel like im zooming out.. its weird... how do i control it??

" Check your breathing--are you holding your breath? Try to take a deep breath (counting to 5), then exhale slowly (counting to 6). This has helped me in the past. Best wishes. "

Unlike the wave, however, it does not have the power to kill or injure you. As awful as it feels, it is only temporary discomfort that always passes.

Breathe, get focused on something mundane and mentally challenging, like doing arithmetic in your head.

I would have anxiety attacks on stage when I played music. I would name the notes in each chord I was playing to keep my mind preoccupied with something other than the anxiety, it would pass.
