I get a fair amount of dizziness I assume from the Anxiety. Does anyone else get this and how intense and frequent? I also find it hard to concentrate at times, anyone else? Thanks :)

Yes, I do I am not dizzy but, feel like i will be at any sec and so, scared for no reason it seems

When I get dizzy I don't feel like I'm going to fall or anything It just ends up giving me a headache after a while....... It just irritates the crap out of me. lol
I find that if I let the anxiety irritate me rather than scare me it tends to let the syptoms subside quicker.

Just the anxiety. Work on your deep breathing. Shallow breathing leads to the dizziness feeling. worrying about it just adds to the anxiety.

the dizziness for me is at its worse when i am out,but i am used to it now, concentration ...whats that!!! i dont have any, i cant concentrate on much, for the dizziness i find just calming myself down by deep breathing helps.

I get quite dizzy, and I often get that black fuzzy thing across my eyes, its like the feeling you get when you get up too quickly after lying down.

Yes! I used to get dizzy all the time. I started a med for GAD and for the most part the dizziness is gone. But it comes back when I get really stressed.

I often get dizzy, lightheaded, and feel like im gonna pass out. Sometimes everything starts to get yellow like im gonna fall over... i find if i change my temperature quickly like going outside to cool off or drnking cold water or coffee depending on how feel seems to help... since ive been on my anxiety meds its not qute as bad but i still get it at times... i hope this helps..
