I got hypnotized today (by a professional top of the line mentalist) and I feel wonderful. No anxiety, no depression, just good. I was lucky to get a wonderful, highly competent practitioner. I'm in Western Massachusetts... peace... Susan

Ive had hypnosis to help with pain issues and it can really help. I find it worked best when I got a refresher every so often.
Good for you for going for it! You should pat yourself on the back for not being afraid to try it. You need every good for you, you can get!!! woooooohooooooo back at ya!

the cost was $160 for a 2 hour session. it was a one time thing, so if I keep up my part, I should be good to go. Today I feel even better, like the whole thing integrated with me.

Did they taperecord the session? Many will do so and that really is a great help if you need a refresher.

Thats fantastic news, please keep us posted . It does work alright . I tried it twice .Its expensive but i would def go again and again until this anxiety s gone for good . Good on ya . There's no reason why it shouldn t last at all . It worked for me a lot but i'm still not fully there yet , and thats cos some people have to go back a few more times depending on their circumstances . I'm really delighted for you xxx
