I'm a big (but healthy) eater, infact I think I over eat!
But over the last few months i have lost quite a bit of weight and have not meant too, I still eat the same amount. I guess I have been slighty stressed, but no more than usual, and i don't feel unwell at all. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced unexplained weight loss??

i gained a lot of weight from some medicine my psychiatrist put me on. i gained about 35 pounds. so i was dieting a lot and then i started eating healthier. i lost 20 pounds and i was happy. then i kept eating the same way but healthy and i dropped an extra 5 pounds and then i weighed myself this morning and i lost another 2 pounds. i'm not sure if it's anxiety or if my body just wants me to lose more weight, i can't really tell. but i have been eating pretty normally so it probably is stress. i can still technically lose another 8 pounds but if i lose more than that i will be considered underweight.

oh, i know why i lost the extra 2 pounds. stress with my boyfriend's brother's wife. it makes sense. sorry long post. i'm not worried that i have a crazy disease now. haha.
i also bought the book overcoming anxiety for dummies. i really recommend it. there are a ton of breathing exercises and ways to reduce stress. it helped up until that girl was mean to me. i will read it again. "
