i go to a pilates class. at first i was anxious about going...just figures huh? but then idk. i like it. i dont know that it helps. i suppose it does but if i get to really worrying then it doesnt really matter what i do.

I LOVE pilates!! It has the same effect for me as yoga when it comes to anxiety...it requires a lot of concentration not only on correct movement but on your breath and keeping it smooth and even. For me I think it si great both mentally and physically!
The company GAIAM puts out phenomenal pilates and yoga DVDs by the way...just in case you are interested in doing them at home too:)
