Does anyone else get sooooo frustrated that you just start crying for no reason? I am tired of feeling this way. I have been trying not to fight the feelings and to accept them. But it is soooooo hard. Any Advice?

" I resonate with this. I went through a period of months when I couldn't make it to work without pulling over for a cry. It was disruptive. Meds, friends and life changes have helped. What thoughts enter your mind before or during your cry? "

" I've never been a crying person all my life up until now. I get the same feeling as you, and these days just cry myself to sleep...sobbing more like it, my whole body starts shaking and my pillow gets wet darn pillow lol. The difference with me is that afterwards instead of relief I feel like an idiot. "
