" I felt like I was running out of breath reading your post. I can only imagine what YOU feel like. Slow down and BREATHE. It will be okay. You will be ok. Focus on seeing your kids. SEE their faces. FEEL their hugs.

" You can do it! Hopefully your kid's dad will drive down so you won't have to ride in a car, but if you have to, you WILL be OK. Like the others said, remember to breathe -- in through the nose and out through the mouth. Sending you lots of good vibes for a peaceful, fun visit. "

" E ~ deep breaths my friend!!!!
I'm glad your kids dad responded positively and am sure that helped ease that part of the trip to see your kids.
I can only imagine how not seeing your kids for a long time can trigger more anxiety and am sure they are just as anxious as you. I think though that once you all embrace, most of the anxiety will melt away and you will be so busy catching up and enjoying each others company and the anxiety symptoms will take a back seat!
I know you will do great E......you are a trooper (((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))))) "
