I'm sorry, it's long, but I think I feel better after getting it off my chest. Any insight would be appreciated.

" yeah, it wasn't too long. i loved the conversation with bruce. I have a name for my anxiety also! it's priscilla because I think of my anxiety as a whiny little girl who likes to throw temper tantrums and that to me is a Priscilla. I tell Priscilla to go sit in the corner and be quiet or to stop whining but she can be very persistant!!! Sometimes, as little girls do, she lays down and takes a nap, but sometimes she wakes up irritable. I wonder if anyone else has personified their anxiety.... "

" I created a profile just to comment on your post. I think this is my current life situation and since this has just began to happen to me ( feeling guilt just for thinking about someone else)I started looking for help with the constant anxiety. This is so new that I have not create a name for this. But all I know it is feels like I'm carrying a 20lbs sack on my back every where I go. Its crazy how much I can relate to your story. I mean for the measures you take to get rid of the feelings to constant sense of feeling fine and then BOOM thinking about that other person all over again and the sad thing is I would never leave my relationship for anything but I still feel terriable.
