Benzos physical side effects?

Are there any known physical harmful side effects that Benzos specifically Klonopin have on the body besides the addiction danger and tolerance ? I am taking it as a 'only if needed' maybe once a month for sleeping but i need to get my life together , which means fixing my sleep schedule so i plan to maybe take klonopin maybe 1-2 times a week to help me sleep but still keep the dosage low to not build up tolerance or get hooked on it.

" Thats what I take and have not had any problems. I've been taking it almost everyday for about 7 months. I am not cutting down as my anxiety has gotten a little better. "

" I have insomnia really bad, finally last Dec my doctor put me on point 5 mg of klonopin, I take one before going to bed. I don't care how addicting it is I can finally sleep, my doctor said I could take one during the day also but one at night seems to work well, this drug last 12 hours in your body unlike other ones. I haven't noticed any side effects, I have tiredness but I've had that for years so I just do the best I can and now that I'm retired it doesn't matter to me. "

" thank you all for the feedback, i am a chronic insomniac myself and recently i sleep ok but by schedule is really bad i sleep at dawn and wake up at lunch time so i try to change it , i was prescribed klonopin for anxiety but after i read about the dangers of benzos i only take it as needed instead of the daily dosage, and something else i read is that people don't dream on benzos? i had a dreamless knock off sleep "
