I want this feeling to go away!!!!!

Again this morning I woke up confused and weird feeling. My kids and I stayed at my moms so we could do our laundry and when I woke up I forgot where I was for a second. We stay here on the weekends so its not an unfamiliar place to me. But before that I had a really weird dream. Anyway, that "confused/ I dont feel like myself/ im losing my mind and going crazy feeling" is still lingering. COULD THIS REALLY BE JUST ANXIETY!!!??? I just want to feel like myself again!!
Am I losing my mind?
Thankyou

" I have done that a few times but, not much. I don't know what that is. It worried me too. Perhaps it is nothing and we both have anxiety only. "

" I've experienced that too. Sometimes it hits me when I'm falling asleep - I suddenly feel like I should be in a different bed and realize where I am and jump up gasping. In the mornings though, it often takes me a few moments to orient myself. I've moved on average every 6 months for the past 6 years, so it can happen to me even in my 'home' bed, feeling like I should be in the last home bed.

Grounding techniques may help the feeling to pass. Becoming real aware of your surroundings. Sitting up straight in a chair, feet flat on the ground and feeling your body against the chair and the floor. Grasping something and holding tight can help me too. "
