" This kind of reminds me of that Cyberbully movie. If Facebook is causing you anxiety or stress, the best thing to do would be to close your account (though that may be easier said than done). "

" Looking on medical websites freak me out.....somehow, I always have every symptom that's listed, so technically, I must be slowly dying of 100 diseases! "

" Close your account. Take time out. Simple really. Don't go there if it is that bad. The good thing about FB is you can reopen account any time and everything is restored to how you left it.
Begin to weed out people who aren't good for you. Do some deleting. "

" Take a break from FB for a couple of months! Thats what I did! It's kinda like not answering your cell phone on the weekends or while you're on vacation or somewhere that youre just chillin and don't need to be interrupted. Do it for you because you deserve your peace! Unplug girl!!! "

" Even if you take a week off from logging on, it can help relieve a lot of your anxiety! I started working again after 3 years away and find I'm on FB less and less, it's been nice! I have family and friends out of state so I still like to get on, but sometimes there's just too much going on there for me! Social media can cause a lot of different problems! "

" Yeah, I agree. Take a break from it. I'm in the middle of a breakup with a guy because he's moving out of state. I've been totally wrestling with unfriending him. I want to know what he's up to and keep in touch, but I don't want to see all the pictures. The only thing is that I know that he puts stuff up that sounds all awesome when things aren't really going that awesome, but it's hard to remember that. So I'm trying to stay off it for awhile so I don't have to deal with all of that until I'm ready. I think about it and I'm super curious, but now my first internet stop is here and not facebook. "
