So I'm sure I'll get judged for this, and trust me I don't know I can feel Amy worse than I already do but basically, I was dealt a crappy hand from the moment I was born, actually conceived. After dealing with emotions of abandonment ptsd,, depression, physical and verbal abuse I turned to pot and other drugs. I eventually got prescribed xanax and began only using that and weed. After a year and a half of numbing out and losing all motivation to live.. I had a semi intervention, and weened off benzos. Hardest thing i've ever done. That was what I told others when they asked me if id ever take pills again.. A year and a half later, I'm experiencing extreme anxiety and depression on a level i've never felt before. Ive also tried anti depressants with no luck.. Well tonight I was over at someones house and took their klonopin. I've taken .5 mgs tonight and have 5 more. I'msick to my. Stomach knowing I'm relapsing and can't control the anxiety or pain anymore. I feel guilty and nervous about taking someones medicine who trusted me. I just need support, I know what I did and am doing is wrong, but why do I have to suffer silently. Help. Oh and I have no insurance.to see a doctor.

" you are only human, you are going to fall down at times, but you got things in order before and you can do it again. Dont beat yourself up and nobody with any heart & soul is going to judge you. "

" Addiction is a relapsing disease. Shame is a part of relapse. The important part is to get back on the wagon. Talk to your doc about your options. Buspar is non habit forming and used for anxiety. It worked really well for me. I used it for years and became tolerant to its effects or my anxiety got worse not sure. Good luck! "
