" You could try Bach Natural Remedy's or increasing vitamin B or both. Also exercise and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Tech. "

" Someone gave this link and i have been using the 'spot and dispute' method everytime i get anxious. the more i do it the less anxiety episodes i have and i am beginning to like myself again. maybe it will help you too. i don't want drugs either because i tried xanax and i felt like a zombie all the time. good luck. here is the link, its a cbt method i think, i hope it helps you. http://gavas.com/ANXIETY_DEPRESSION... " If you do not want to take medication then your best bet is CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I highly recommend any book by Dr. David Burns but Dr. Ellis and Dr. Becks developed similar therapies. Dr. Ellis developed REBT or Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I would recommend the book When Panic Attacks by Dr. Burns because it is the easiest to understand and follow along with. One thing you have to remember is you will only get out what effort you put in. Hope this helps. "

" Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, routine exercise, eliminating or reducing sugars/caffeine, mindfulness meditation (learning to live in the now and appreciate your present experiences/surroundings)...

These are just a few things that helped me.

Wishing you the best on your journey....you will find a lot of helpful advice and supportive people on this forum. "

" And yes, it should be stressed further.....

You will only get out of it what you put in. "

" I'm not encouraging you to take medications for this, but only to make the decision about them (with a trained professional), not based on fear, but based on what will best help your anxiety. "
