" I was on Lexapro but didn't experience that.
We are all different chemical machines however so one operson's experience is just as likely not to be common.
I first went on Paxil which zombied me out totally.
Talk to your doc, let him/her know whats going on. There are some additions to the main prescription that are available to add that extra bit of relief.
I know this isn't much help so there is no charge...lol "

" don't know lexapro. maybe you have an underlying physical sympton. have they checked for GERD? endometriosis? either can complicate balancing meds even a thyroid problem can throw havock into the realm of things. I am so very sorry tou are having such a shitty time with your meds. I went through this too, along with millions of others. just keep doc informed, and be persistant, don't be affraid of a 2nd opinion. use the internet ans study the maker of the med and look up some of the testing data. i was on a med and got sickfor a few days, felt better a few days then back again. found out i was switched to a generic of a different drug, but in the same family and food was the culprit. certain foods and when the time between taking it and eating caused it. thankfully a gastro doc knew what was wrong and put me back on the original med and changed my GERD med. now i am much better in that reguard. so i really hope this starts to get better for you. will check back with you later unless i hear from u first.

" I am not on lexapro, but for one of my meds for bipolar disorder made me really nauseous at the begining then it got better and every now and then I get a flare up of the side effects. I think that is normal to have from any medication. If they are too bothersome let your doc know and he can do something about it. Best of luck to ya. "
