Advice:
Worried about Parkinsons

I mentioned this in my earlier post, but i'm very concerned about it so I decided to create a separate post. My left ring finger twitches (or has a tremor?) when I hold my hand up and relax it. I'm VERY concerned about Parkinsons. I read about the symptoms online and it says it can start with a tremor in one finger that gets worse with anxiety and that sounds exactly like what I have. Does anyone else have this?

" Hello Dear AZ... I think you are experiencing the nervousness of anxiety, and not Parkinson's... is it in your family??? You are so young, it would be most unlikely for you to have Parkinson's... Please try to ease your mind, and not worry (makes you feel worse, and can cause tremors and shaking!)... If you have a neurologist, he/she can tell you if there is any possibility... I sincerely doubt that it is Pknsn's... It's usually a pin rolling tremor that involves some weakness and a rolling tremor of the hand... doesn't sound like what is going on with you... Blessings to you.... "

" I experience twitching in my fingers, next and back. At first I was not aware of it, but it got worse as my anxiety increased. My body was always tense and i could never seem to relax which cause my muscles to seize than relax all day long. Now that I am taking meds and have had some therapy I am more relax and my twitching is down to a minimum. I did worry about Parkinson's, but anxiety runs in my family so I'm sure that's what is causing my twitching.
Hope this helps and good luck. Prayer for you. "
