I have been searching the net but cannot find answers. I have been suffering hot flashes. But sometimes they are localised. Either ears, face, left arm or leg.

Has anybody ever suffered a similar symptom?

Thank you.

" i have, I get them all the time, when they are localized they are either hands, ears or feet, they can be medication related or anxiety, probably both but they are nothing to worry about just very annoying, I mainly get that problem if I an tired or pissed off or just in a blah mood xx "

" Superman fan? just a guess!
Anyway, if you havnt already have a word with your doc, as etternally said could be med issue, best to rule out this kind of thing, either way, as much as it is discomforting, it isnt likely to be much as it appears all ever your body, so not a local problem, does it go if you busy yourself?, if so, its probably anxiety.
all the best mate! "
