We had some beautiful spring like weather here recently, so I packed a lunch and went for a hike along a local river trail. I didn't get too far before I had to rest, so I would rest then continued with each rest stop coming faster and faster. The weather has been fantastic, I've been able to get out everyday and drive to the forest for a walk. A mile seems to be my limit now, so I pack a lunch, walk my mile, eat and rest, then walk the mile back. I guess I should be happy that I can still get out and walk, but I'm not! I must stop and rest frequently just to walk that little amount, the mind is willing but the body just refuse...1 Recommendation

I have been having problems with my breathing again, so i go back to the doctor, and she says she thinks i have asthma, i tell her i have pain in my chest and pain in the back of my lungs, here i was thinking the pneumonia was back, oh no, this doc says its asthma, don't you think they would have found that when i went into hospital last year for an angina attack?
