Well, I did a mile on the treadmill today and didn't die. So maybe this is a start. I normally do a crapload of walking at work, but not all at once. So maybe the combo of the 2 plus my meds will get me back on track. I have also lost 3 pounds. Feel better.

happy moms days to the moms out there, Trish and i are going to get 2 kittens on friday.. im pysched for my hurricanes lead the bruins 3-1, game 5 tonight for u hockey fans.. celts down 2-1, yankees not doing so well..
