Advice:
Why do I wake up feeling dizzy??
Watch this
View More Posts Ignore
Not last night but the 2 nights before I woke up from a deep sleep completely dizzy and feeling like I was going to pass out. I shook my head a few times to make the feeling go away. I have a problem with anxiety so after that I was afraid to go back to sleep. Eventually I got so tired I fell asleep naturally. I do take medication for the heart (Atenonol for 4+ plus years, so I know it's not the meds, totally used to it) and I've read that it could be a sign of a stroke or heart attack. Is this true?
