My mother died 3 years ago and left everything to my stepfather of 30 years.. When he died 3 weeks ago my brother and I found out he
changed his will and left everything to His 3 children. Now we can't
even have the things that belonged to our grandmother. We loved and
him so much for him. WE know the stepsister had something to do with it, but no proof. I just feel so angry, hurt, and disappointed. If you have step family please please pass this on. If you want your children to have anything let them have it now or just put them in your will. Don't assume they will be taken care of. It will hurt everytime I go to my mothers grave to flowers out knowing he's laying there beside her. How do I let this go?
HOW?

" I've only talked to one lawyer on the phone. They said he had the right to do it. Unless we can prove he was forced to change it there's nothing we can do. How do you prove it? He was in bad health, but I have no proof of his mental state. The lady that stayed with him is backing the stepsister he was in his right mind. She says he just wanted his daughter back.. "
