I need ideas of things to try to control my anger

It is probably unnecessary to mention that I have anger control issues. But I said it anyway, so there.

I get very angry at myself, and things that are within and beyond my control. And the pivotal point being irritated and full blown rage is miniscule. While I don't get MAD mad at my family or other people or my family, they unfortunately bear witness to my outbursts. And I don't wish to put anyone through that any longer.

" I hear You.I yell at myself. write notes too. I figure I was just letting it out so I would not get an ulcer.But how exhasting.I feel less quilty if noone is around. But when they are, More quilt. I am trying this web site, couseling and group therapy. I have to do something. "
